ASA – AR Shopper Assistant
Gezapp participated in the European project INCluSilver with the app “ASA – AR Shopper Assistant”.
Gezapp with the collaboration of Tecnoalimenti and NoFake has created a mobile app dedicated to the silver age target. The ASA app – AR Shopper Assistant has the task of helping the target audience (over 55) to understand the contents of the product packaging. The app allows the user to access the label information in such a way that it is clear and understandable.
The goal was to develop an easy-to-use tool, able to provide the user with specific and complete information and content about the products he wants to buy, which must be provided by the companies and brands involved.
The mode of interaction is “user-friendly”, thus allowing full understanding of the operation to the over 55, which will consequently easily familiarize themselves with the instrument, feeling at ease.
The graphic interface and the application navigation flows are designed following the basic usability principles, helping the user in every step and accompanying him in the use of the app.
The user, once the label is framed, can display tabs containing useful information about the product. In case the user prefers to listen to the information rather than read it, a feature has been added that activates the automatic reading of the contents.
